  • What is the difference been independent and supported living at Settlers?

    At Settlers Group we have two types of living options - independent lifestyle villas and supported living apartments in which residents can also enjoy additional care if and when they choose.

    Both living options include maintenance as well as access to Settlers facilities and community. However the supported living at Settlers Apartments also includes management of daily chores such as cooking, cleaning and washing as well as assistance with obtaining care support packages.

  • Do you really offer 24/7 care?

    Yes we do!

    In the Serviced Apartments we have a dedicated Care team who are on site 24/7 for all apartment resident needs. We also have a Registered Nurse on call at all times if additional care is needed.

    For our village residents we have an emergency telephone system, which is monitored 24/7 by health professionals.

     

  • If I move in to the Village, can I then move in to the Apartments if I need a greater level of care down the road?

    Yes you can. Each resident meets with our team who can provide assistance in deciding which living arrangement is best for your personal circumstances.

    If it suits your lifestyle, we would love to welcome you to Settlers Village! You will then also have peace of mind knowing that should your circumstances change, you can move into one of our supported living apartments with ease, if we are able to cater for your needs.
