At Settlers you have a choice of living. We offer Independant Living in our spacious Villa's or Assisted Living in our luxurious Serviced Apartment Building. And at Settlers we are fortunate to be able to offer potential residents the choice of Brand New or Refurbished Villa's and Apartments.
Settlers has become a community in itself with over 200 residents choosing to make Settlers home. We are constantly expanding to accomodate the needs of the Wagga Community and it's surrounds.
When you are a resident of Settlers Village, you can choose to be as relaxed or as involved as you would like. Our residents are a very friendly bunch. Village life offers you the opportunity to develop new friendships. Whether it be at an organised function, or a chat over the fence. If your preference is more solitary, feel assured that your desire for privacy is respected.
At the heart of our Village is the Community Facility. Our residents have a number of planned activities that occur here.
Enjoy our pool as a place to exercise or for pure relaxation. Alternatively, you can read in the quietness of the Library. The residents have accumulated a fantastic range of books to choose from.
Settlers Village is landscaped with beautiful gardens. These gardens have won a number of awards. They have to be seen to be believed. Each villa has its own private courtyard that is fitted with a watering system. As an apartment resident you overlook glorious manicured gardens.
At Settlers Village our villas have been constructed using either a two or three bedroom design. All have reverse cycle air conditioning as well as many other luxury inclusions. If its security you're after we have a 24 hour monitored alarm system in each villa.
Our air conditioned Serviced Apartments offer a variety of designs, with some having balconies overlooking the rural landscape. All apartments are linked to our beautiful dining area where you are served three meals per day prepared fresh in house by our chef and kitchen team. Stroll past our Apartment Cinema, Library, Chapel, Hairdresser. The entire building is decorated with stunning antique furniture and unique artwork.
